Proposals are requested for the purchase of rail materials for the Port of Longview, under project number 25-070-MESS. The solicitation is available to view and download on the Port's website. No additional instructions to bidders are provided in the visible content. Any discrepancies, omissions, ambiguities, or conflicts in or among the bidding documents or doubts as to the meaning shall be brought to the Ports attention by November 25, 2025 @ 5:00 p.m. Questions, discrepancies, and clarifications received after this date may go unanswered. All questions, discrepancies, clarifications, etc. must be submitted electronically to: cengebo@portoflongview.com. During the competitive bidding process, bidders (and their agents) are prohibited from contacting any Port offices other than the Purchasing Division to obtain responses to any questions. The Port may find a bidder non-responsive for failing to adhere to any of the above requirements.
