This work will consist of providing a qualified construction Traffic Control Monitor during the project construction. This individual will be used exclusively in traffic control work. This individuals primary function is to monitor and administer traffic control plans and operations in order to facilitate public traffic safety and public convenience during construction while accommodating the Contractors work operation. The Traffic Control Monitor will be an authorized representative of the prime Contractor and will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining all traffic control devices. Est.
