The Office of Public Safety Communications is beginning to replace our end-of-life site communications equipment. This will be a five (5) year project. The new site equipment is Direct Current (DC) powered only. This will necessitate the addition of a DC rectifier and DC to AC inverter at each existing Digital Trunked Radio (DTR) site. Written inquiries must be submitted to cdps_edo_bids@state.co.us no later than Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 2:00 PM MT. Any price increase within the five (5) year term must be mutually agreed upon between OPSC and the Offeror. Limited to one (1) price increase per year. The desired Purchase Order start date is 12/08/25. The initial award period shall commence on the purchase order's effective date through June 30, 2026. This award is conditional on funding being appropriated and all bid requirements being met. The State retains the sole discretion to extend or terminate the award term after the Initial Term, up to a final date of June 30, 2030. Multiple Offerors may receive an award.
