Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Swoope, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The work includes installation of a 0.5 million gallon ground storage tank and appurtenances associated with the tank and the surrounding area within 20 feet of the tank structure. Augusta Water encourages participation and bid submission from any Disadvantage Business Enterprises (DBE), Minority or Women Business Enterprise (MBE or WBE) capable and otherwise qualified to perform work defined by this construction contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject all Bids. Should the apparent low bid exceed available funds, the Owner reserves the right to negotiate with the apparent low bidder to obtain a contract price within available funds. The number of days to achieve Substantial Completion is 310 Days from the date of the Contract Times, and the number of days to achieve readiness for final payment is 340 Days from the commencement date of the Contract Times. Question Deadline 01/07/2026 at 2:00 PM ET Bidder shall submit all questions to Engineer in writing.
