Sealed bids are requested for the purchase of gasoline and diesel fuel (Contract #B-25-008). Bids must be submitted online through PennBid. Bid packages are available at no charge via PennBid. A bid security of ten percent (10%) of the total bid is required, which may be in the form of a Bond from an approved corporate surety, a certified check, or an Irrevocable Letter of Credit from a licensed bank. The successful bidder must provide a performance bond for 100% of the total bid. The Township Board of Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities and reject any or all proposals or parts thereof. Comprehensive bid requirements and instructions to bidders are included in the bid package.
