The project involves replacing the existing glycol recovery system, including associated piping, controls, and startup. The commissioning agent will verify system performance, coordinate with the design and construction teams, witness testing, and provide a final report to confirm the system meets design intent and operational requirements. The University seeks the professional service of a commissioning agent to join the team to provide services for the project through design, construction, and post acceptance. Commissioning services shall be provided as defined by the latest State Construction Office manual, guidelines and checklists. The commissioning agent must be a registered engineering firm in the State of North Carolina and the selection process will be based upon qualifications. The commissioning agent must exhibit the basic qualifications outlined in the State Construction Office Manual (SCO Manual). Response should be electronically submitted in PDF format, a maximum of 20 letter-size pages excluding the cover page, letter of interest, table of contents, and SF-330 form.
