Site work for a mixed-use development in Mesa, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
To design and construct phase II of Desert Sky Park. Improvements will include 12 multipurpose fields including a championship field with bleachers, a festival area for food truck and gathering spaces, splash pad, trail head, restroom building, Sensory Playground, and Parking accommodations for all the amenities in addition to a maintenance building. The project includes reclaimed water line and reclaimed water recovery for peak irrigation demands. This project will focus on the build-out of the unimproved areas of Desert Sky Park. The project is included in the City's 2026-2035 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of November 14, 2025, further details have not yet been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
