Site work and new construction of a civil project in Taloyoak, Nunavut. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Grays Bay Road construction and deep-water port at Grays Bay, and a seasonal road connection to southern Canada. This project proposes the construction of a 230km all-season industrial road and deep-water port designed to unlock access to a mineral-rich region of the central Canadian Arctic. TIMELINE: Project is pending funding. Through the National Trade Corridors Fund (NTCF), the Grays Bay Road and Port Project have been allocated $21.3 million through 2027-2028. Tender and construction timelines are undetermined. Further update in late spring 2026, upon approvals.
