As part of the Reimagination project, phase 4 upgrades to the Scotiabank Arena; details have yet to be announced. TIMELINE: Conceptual planning and designs are ongoing. Project scope and timelines for this final phase has yet to be announced. Phase 3 scope of work has been identified; details are now followed on a separate report. Further update early spring 2026. *Phase 1 (completed in 2023) - renovation/upgrades to spaces on the 200 level + added new technology to concessions, including artificial intelligence technology for purchasing items without waiting in line. *Phase 2 (estimated at 175 million; completed spring 2025). *Total project has been estimated at 350 million.
