Reference Number 0000404540 The Yonkers Parking Authority intends to contract with qualified and Licensed Electric Contractor(s) to provide on-call Electrical maintenance and repair services at its offices, indoor parking garages and outdoor parking facilities and locations in the care of the Yonkers Parking Authority citywide. Purchase Type Duration: 1 year Option: to renew Contract Term: January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 Question Acceptance Deadline 11/18/2025 12:00 AM EST Questions are submitted online No Upon the approval of the Yonkers Parking Authority Board, the Service Contract will remain in effect for one (1) year. Upon the mutual agreement of both parties, the Service Contract maybe renewed in one (1) year increments at the rates, terms and conditions submitted in the original proposal for a total period not to exceed three (3) years. The YPA reserves the right to accept, reject or negotiate modifications to any proposal, as it shall, in its sole discretion, deem to be in its best interest.
