This SOW outlines the requirements of the selected Contractor in regard to the proposed 2nd Floor Build Out of the Marion Transit Center Facility, located at 1211 North Marion Street, Tampa, Florida 33602 The Build Out program includes the following elements 1. Add three (3) enclosed private offices with acoustical ceilings 2. Add small conference room with an acoustical ceiling 3. Replace the HVAC system 4.
