The work includes the new construction of a modern 70,000 sq. ft. Main Library at 625 Minnesota Avenue and the renovation and repurposing of the existing Parker Elementary School into administrative offices, mobile library parking space, and a neighborhood branch library. Services will include planning, architectural and interior design, sustainable design integration, historic tax credit coordination, and construction administration. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) represents Phase I of a multi-phase selection process.
