This requirement is for Roof Fall Protection Services at the Pentagon, including inspection, repairs, and certification of horizontal lifeline and railed trolley fall protection systems. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and supervision necessary to perform annual inspections, develop comprehensive maintenance and repair plans, conduct routine and urgent repairs, and provide annual certifications to ensure systems maintain requisite safety certifications. Maintenance and repairs will be issued through task orders under an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract structure, with a not-to-exceed amount of $100,000 annually for routine repairs and $25,000 annually for urgent repairs. The contractor must coordinate all work with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and comply with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), including quality control, safety, and reporting requirements. All inquiries must be submitted no later than December 10, 2025, at 2:00 PM.
