Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 80,000-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The Four New K-8 Schools Project includes the construction of four new standardized K-8 schools, each developed based on a core design concept. Each facility is designed with an opening capacity of 675 students and a core capacity to accommodate up to 800 students. The project sites are located as follows: Devonshire: Project 4962 - River East Transcona School Division (RETSD). Skyline: Project 4963 - Pembina Trails School Division (PSD). Cowley: Project 4964 - Seven Oaks School Division (SOSD). Brookwood: Project 4965 - Brandon School Division (BSD) TIMELINE: Penn-Co has been contracted to build 4 new schools in Manitoba. Projects can be individually followed under separate reports. An RFP has been issued for engineering design-assist services for mechanical & electrical services. Question Acceptance Deadline: 2025/12/02 AT 2:00:00 PM CST. *Value represents the value of each school.
