Sealed bids are being accepted for all work required for the Pisgah High School Artificial Turf Field project, as specified in the contract documents. Bid documents, available in paper or digital format, must be purchased and ordered through www.rcsdplans.com. Proposals must be delivered in a sealed envelope marked with the project name and bid number, including the bidder's company name, address, and all applicable license and registration numbers. Proposals must be submitted in duplicate using the provided forms and accompanied by proposal security of at least five percent (5%) of the base bid in the form of a certified check or acceptable bid bond. This security will be forfeited as liquidated damages by any bidder failing to execute the contract or provide required performance and payment bonds. Bids over $50,000 must comply with all relevant Mississippi Code requirements. The owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and postpone a final decision for up to ninety days. A pre-bid conference will be held as specified. Bid documents are non-refundable and must be handled as directed. Substantial Completion - July 17, 2026 Furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to install, in place, all synthetic turf materials (Artificial Grass Surfacing) as indicated on the plans and as specified herein. The installation of all new materials shall be performed in strict accordance with the manufacturer''s written installation instructions and in accordance with all approved shop drawings.
