Renovation of a mixed-use development in East Fayetteville, North Carolina. Working plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
This project involves comprehensive Electronic Health Record Management (EHRM) infrastructure upgrades at the Fayetteville Veterans Administration Medical Center. The scope includes replacing the entire campus IT infrastructure, constructing new telecommunication rooms, installing interior and exterior fiber optics, renovating the data center, and recabling all telecommunications with Cat6A. The work also encompasses supporting electrical and HVAC systems necessary for the upgraded infrastructure. Location: 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301. The Magnitude of Construction is expected to be between $20,000,000.00 and $50,000,000.00. All questions must be submitted in writing to the issuing office via email to mario.hairston@va.gov.
