Reference Number 0000307275 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/11/27 02:00:00 PM EST PCL\ED, a Joint Venture, acting as the Construction Manager (CM) and Modern Niagara Ottawa (MNO), acting as the CB and PWC Mechanical Design Assist Implement (DAI) Contractors are inviting Bidders to submit their Expression of Interest to bid on the Supply of the Mechanical equipment Non-Custom portions of the Centre Block Rehabilitation Project. The project is located at 111 Wellington Street, Ottawa, Ontario. This is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process: Phase One - Request for Expression of Interest (REI), posted on MERX(TM) publicly to seek Respondents with Mechanical equipment Non-Custom This Request for Expression of Interest document sets out the requirements for the submission of the Bidder's Expression of Interest and specifies the evaluation criteria and Bidder selection process for this phase. Phase Two - Invitation to Bid (RFP) will be issued to all who responded to the REI and is intended to provide additional information to the Respondents for non-custom mechanical equipment and pricing. Should there be an insufficient number of prequalified Respondents after Phase One to permit a competition in Phase Two, the CM reserves the right to cancel Phase Two or to modify the Phase One requirements and re-publish the solicitation using the same or a different approach.
