Construction of the Water, Sanitary Sewer, and Drainage Facilities & Paving and Appurtenances to Serve Kresston Section 10 :- 6" reinforced concrete pavement, 6" lime/fly ash stabilized subgrade manipulation, tru-bln lime/fly ash mixture for 6" stabilized subgrade preparation, 50 lbs/sy, as required by soil conditions and approved by geotechnical engineer, install, maintain, and remove concrete truck washout area, 2' sawcut, remove and offsite disposal of existing 6" concrete pavement, expose, clean, and tie existing rebar into proposed 6" concrete pavement, roadway excavation to be used for fill to final grade within the project limits, includes stripping, stockpiling strippings, placement and compaction to 95% standard proctor density, with maximum 8" lifts, and re-application of strippings 249 SH Holdings, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company on behalf of Montgomery-Grimes Counties Municipal Utility District No. 146D reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Board's judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project.
