Remodeling of a clubhouse / community center in Calexico, California. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade clubhouse / community center.

The work shall include but not be limited to the following: asbestos abatement at Community Center; installation of new plumbing lines, electrical conduits, and drywall; removal and replacement of flooring; installation of new water heater; installation of new prep and mop sinks; installation of new door; interior paint. All improvements must comply with American Disability Act (ADA) requirements. Sealed proposals will be accepted at the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 608 Heber Avenue, Calexico, California until 2:00 pm on December 11, 2025. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of the bidder, their address, and the name of the project. If forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the bid must be enclosed in another envelope addressed as specified in the bid form.
