Description

Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Notre-Dame-du-Portage, Quebec. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Reference Number cb-551-5830436 Summary of scope of work : The work covered by this contract involves the demolition and decontamination of the MCTS building in Notre-Dame-du-Portage. Elements contaminated with lead, asbestos and crystalline silica will be demolished and removed from the site by the Contractor. The work includes the asbestos-contaminated roof membrane, the concrete walls containing crystalline silica, the interior ceiling contaminated with lead paint, the concrete floor and walls inside the building, and some lead-contaminated elements covered with red paint. The Contractor must provide all materials, equipment, labour, accommodation, transportation and any other items required to complete the mandate.
