Santa Cruz Water Association is seeking an engineering consultant for their Water System Improvement Project to include Planning, Design, Bid Administration, Construction Management and Construction Oversight. The Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) shall be prepared under USDA 1780-2 Guidelines. The scope of work includes water system improvements, installing new infrastructure, identify and replace antiquated waterlines, water meter replacement and relocation, a hydrogeology study, analysis of source (well) and distribution system condition, pump, and pumping stations. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
