The New York State Thruway Authority is seeking bids from contracting firms for the installation of a pole barn equipment storage building at both the Manchester Maintenance Yard and the Weedsport Maintenance Yard in the Authoritys Syracuse Division. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal is 6%. The Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal is 30%.
