Reference Number 00004795457 The City of Surrey (the "City") is seeking Quotations from professional maintenance firms to provide a firm fixed price for dyke mowing of various City sites. The Contractor shall abide by the true intent of the Scope of Services (i.e., not take advantage of any unintentional error or omission). The Contractor shall include all planning, administration, experienced and qualified labour, equipment, materials, supplies, parts, and management necessary to assure that all services comply with the contract, the City's schedules and instructions, and all applicable laws and regulations. The Contractor shall meet all of the standards of performance identified in the Agreement. The Contractor shall perform all related support functions such as supply, subcontracting, quality control, financial oversight, and maintenance of complete records and files. The City reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of cuttings and/or total length of cutting at any time during the Term. There shall be no penalty, or additional cost to the City for any reduction in the amount of Service.
