Renovation of an educational facility in Louisville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
As of December 26, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on February 2026. Jefferson County Public Schools will receive sealed bids and award contracts for partial window replacement at 3901 Atkinson Square Drive, Louisville, KY. Bid documents are prepared by the architect and are available at Lynn Imaging for review. Bidders are required to be present at the bid opening. The Board has established participation goals of 15% for Minority Business Enterprises and 10% for Women Business Enterprises on all construction contracting. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or waive any informalities in the bids where such actions are in their best interest. The project consists of the partial replacement of windows. This project consists of removing the existing wood windows (removed by abatement subcontractor) and replacing the windows with aluminum windows. Adjacent interior materials will be patched and painted, and exterior steel lintels will be repainted.
