Site work for a mixed-use development in Chesaning, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade municipal facility; and one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
Chesaning Township will be accepting sealed bids for Grounds Maintenance at the Wildwood Cemetery (approximately 16 acres), Township Hall (including adjoining park), and Parshallburg Park for the next three fiscal years beginning April 1, 2026 and continuing through March 31, 2029. Bid specifications sheets may be picked up at the township hall during office hours. The township strongly recommends all bidders view the grounds prior to bid placement. Successful bidder will be required to provide proof of Public Liability Insurance coverage each year under contract, compliance with all Federal and State Employment and Worker's Compensation related laws, and provide letters of work-related reference with phone numbers. Bids must include bidder utilization of their own equipment, garbage bags, round-up, etc. Chesaning Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive informalities or errors in the bidding process, and to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of Chesaning Township, including bids that are not for the lowest amount. Sealed bids will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. December 29, 2025, at the Chesaning Township Hall.
