The work includes the repair and/or replacement of building components damaged by recent hail events. This includes, but is not limited to, repairs or replacement of roofs, fascia and soffits, siding, windowpanes, and screens for multiple city-owned buildings and structures. Contractors are required to provide a detailed cost estimate for all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for completion. All work must comply with applicable codes and standards.
