No definite date for the rebid.** The Park District of Highland Park is seeking sealed bids for the following scope of work: Renovation of the locker room shower areas with consideration for improvements including grooming stations, saunas and new entry doors at Park Fitness (1207 Park Avenue West, Highland Park, Illinois). The scope of work includes all necessary workmanship to satisfactorily complete the work as required by the contract documents. Work will start Tuesday, May 26, 2026, and conclude by Friday, August 14, 2026. Contractors bidding on the project must have a minimum of Five (5) years of experience in the work or similar. The Work is defined by the Contract Documents and involves but is not limited to the following: Locker Room Renovation at the Park Fitness facility of the Park District of Highland Park.
