If bidding an equivalent, vendor should provide the manufacturer, model number, and a detailed specification sheet. Agency will have final determination on equivalency. All items must be warranted against defective materials, workmanship, and failures for a minimum of twelve months after delivery and acceptance, including all parts and labor. Vendor must notify if any products are export controlled. Shipping is to be FOB Destination: College Station, TX, and must be specified if not included in the price. Equivalent products may be considered, and bidders shall include descriptive literature, model number, and manufacturer with their response. Agency will consider best value in addition to low price, evaluating quality, availability, adaptability, scope of conditions, ability and skill of the bidder, prompt service, character, reputation, experience, performance history, financial stability, and ability to provide future maintenance and service.
