Comprehensive restoration of existing Trolley shelters by removing the glass panels from three sides of each shelter and replacing them with perforated metal to extend the service life. The project covers 24 existing Trolley shelters. All glass removal and metal installation are to be completed by the contractor, who is also responsible for obtaining their own on-site measurements. Bidders must submit sealed bids, completed in ink or typewritten, by the specified deadline. All proposals must include verification of bid specifications with any variances noted and a completed bid form. Specifications and bid forms are available online or in person. Bids received after the deadline will be returned. The City reserves the right to evaluate, reject, or negotiate bids and may give preference to local or recycled material vendors under specific conditions.
