Renovation of a multi-residential development in Lac La Biche, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The general scope of modernization work for the elevator includes (but is not limited to): -Supply and install a new hydraulic machine including tank, pump, pump motor, muffler, and control valve. -Supply and install a new rupture control valve in the pit. -Replace cylinder head packings and seal any hydraulic leaks in the hydraulic piping. Replace all Victaulic coupling seals. -Supply and install a new closed-loop elevator control system with soft-start motor drive and battery backup lowering operation. -Supply and install a new landing system. -Supply and install new car and hall fixtures. -Supply and install a new car exhaust fan. -Supply and install new emergency operation fixtures and control features. -Refurbish existing car guide systems. -Supply and install a new car door operator. -Supply and install a new car door restrictor and hall door retainers. -Supply and install a new 3D multi-beam door detector. -Refurbish existing car and hall door systems including door rollers, eccentrics, gibs, and closers. -Supply and install new hall door locks and a new door clutch. -Provide car cab interior finish upgrades. -Supply and install all new hoist way and machine room wiring. -Refurbish existing spring buffers.
