The Owner shall fill the containers with dry waste and, when the Owner deems that one of the containers is full, shall call the Supplier to collect the container and transport it to the sorting centre. Delivery schedule The Contract shall commence on 1 March 2026. The Contract shall be valid for a period of three (3) years with an option to renew for two (2) subsequent periods of twelve (12) months each, under the same conditions and at the sole discretion of the Owner. The Owner shall send the Supplier, thirty (30) days before the end of the Contract, a notice mentioning the renewal of the Contract, if applicable. However, the Owner reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate the Contract as soon as the amount of work performed reaches the Contract Value, regardless of the time elapsed between the start of the Contract and that moment.
