A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Perform pavement condition assessments on all city-maintained streets within the designated area. Evaluate and record pavement surface distresses, provide a Pavement Condition Index (PCI) for each street segment, and compile results into a comprehensive report. Prepare GIS-compatible files and maps to illustrate findings and support future pavement management activities. Bidders are to submit completed bid forms, demonstrate experience in similar projects, provide references, and comply with all specified requirements.
