Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Henrietta, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
**As of February 6, 2026, project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Sealed bids are requested for the construction of a 0.850 MGD Wastewater Treatment Plant. Major items to be furnished and installed include a raw wastewater lift station, aeration basin, clarifiers, sludge drying beds, chlorine contact basin, yard piping, and miscellaneous site work. Bidders must submit with their bids a Bid Bond in the amount of five percent of the maximum bid amount as a guarantee to enter into a contract and execute required forms within fourteen days after a notice of award. Bids without a bid bond will not be considered. The contract is contingent upon the release of funds from the Texas Water Development Board and will be funded in part by a loan or grant from this agency. The project is subject to the United States Iron and Steel requirements as detailed in relevant Texas codes. Bidders must complete and submit form TWDB-0459, Vendor Compliance with Reciprocity on Non-Resident Bidders, with the bid. A 100% performance bond from an approved surety company is required for the successful bidder, along with a two-year warranty for all work. Owners reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding process.
