Renovation of a transportation facility in Dallas, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
This opportunity will be awarded to one vendor offering the lowest acceptable pricing for all three requisitions. All vendors must attend the Pre-Bid Site Visit and meet all the requirements listed in the Scope of Work (SOW) in order to be considered responsive. The site visit will consist of visiting three different locations. Vendors are required to provide specification sheets, drawings, etc. for any equivalent items. BONFIRE registration is required to access details and the BidTable, and to prepare a submission, vendors should follow the provided process instructions. All bids/quotes must reflect FOB Destination shipping terms with freight cost included. Time and rate of deliveries are of the essence. Vendors are advised that payment terms are Net 30, and invoices must be submitted in triplicate with the specified information. Failure to perform may lead to default termination, and damages may be assessed, including the excess cost of re-procuring similar supplies or services or completing construction, unless the failure is determined to be beyond the vendor’s or their subcontractor’s control, fault, or negligence. The work includes removal of the existing water heater and installation of the new unit, along with the RPZ Assembly and Y-strainer. All labor, equipment, and incidental materials required to complete the job are included.
