The project includes approximately 5,200 linear feet of 8-inch PVC water pipe, 4,600 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer pipe, and 2,200 linear feet of 21 to 42-inch RCP storm sewer pipe. Sealed bids will be received for water, sewer, and drainage improvements to serve Tradition Phase 6A. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check in an amount not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid. The successful bidder is required to enter into the contract, execute bonds on the provided forms, and provide required insurance certificates within 7 days of notification. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. The selected bidder must provide a completed, executed, and notarized Certificate of Interested Parties form (Form 1295) and a Verification of Compliance with Government Code Chapters 2252 and 2270 form. Failure to submit these forms will result in the inability to execute the contract.
