Scope of work includes the construction of water, sanitary sewer, drainage facilities, paving, and appurtenances to serve Sterling Parkway Phase 1 for Liberty County Municipal Utility District No. 13A, Liberty County, Texas. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check, acceptable to the owner, in an amount not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the contract, execute the bonds on the provided forms, and provide the required insurance certificates within 7 days after receiving the contract documents. Bidding documents are available for examination at LJA Engineering, Inc., AGC of Texas, Construct Connect, and Amtek, or may be obtained upon payment of $100.00 non-refundable plus delivery costs ($50.00 electronic copy) for each set. Bidders must register on the specified website to download the documents. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in the bidding or bidding process except the time of submitting a bid.
