Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Corpus Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
A. The City of Corpus Christi ("City" or "Owner") hereby issues this request for bids ("RFB"). The City is seeking bids from firms interested and qualified in Parking Lot Construction. B. This project will consist of adding a parking lot with a new driveway, provide efficient storm runoff containment and conveyance for the new parking lot runoff, ADA-accessible sidewalks and illumination. Bidders must submit an acceptable Bid Security with their Bid as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract for the Project with the Owner within 10 days of Notice of Award of the Contract. The security must be payable to the City of Corpus Christi, Texas in the amount of 5 percent (5%) of the greatest amount bid. The work is to be substantially completed within 90 days.
