Site work for a water / sewer project in Arlington, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project primarily consists of replacing a majority of the drainage system in the neighborhood by upsizing existing pipes and redirecting it to another location so that the outfall can be better maintained by the City. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all informalities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date bids are opened. Pre-qualification requirements: PRIME CONTRACTOR MUST BE PREQUALIFED WITH PUBLIC WORKS IN STORM SEWER. If any person contemplating submitting a bid is in doubt as to the meaning of any part of the plans, specifications, or other proposed contract documents, the person may contact the engineer (email preferred) for an interpretation. All inquiries must be received no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to opening of bids Question Deadline 12/09/2025 ontractors performing the following work types must also be prequalified: Asphalt Paving Concrete Paving Concrete Structures Sanitary Sewer Manhole Water and Sanitary Sewer Lines and Appurtenances
