The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois is soliciting qualifications and proposals from experienced development teams for the award of a concession involving land to be owned by the University, located within the 128-acre Illinois Quantum and Microelectronics Park at 8080 South DuSable Lake Shore Drive in Chicago, Illinois. The selected proposer team will enter into a public-private partnership for the financing, design, and construction of two facilities, the National Quantum Facility and Quantum Works, and related improvements. Proposals must be submitted as three hard copies and one electronic version by the specified deadline.
