Demolition and renovation of a library in Boca Raton, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade library.
Renovation of the existing men's and women's restrooms for Florida Atlantic University at 777 Glades Road, Boca Raton, FL 33431. Work includes selective removal of existing plumbing fixtures, accessories, and finishes, as well as limited demolition to support new construction. The scope involves new wall, floor, and ceiling finishes, new plumbing fixtures, toilet partitions, and restroom accessories. Included trades are demolition, miscellaneous metals, fiberglass reinforced paneling, doors and frames, drywall, poured flooring, painting, plumbing, and electrical. Sealed bids must be hand-delivered to 8177 Glades Road, Suite 206, Boca Raton, FL 33434. Construction plans and bidding documents can be obtained by emailing ronald@gciconstructs.com with the subject "ITB for Library Restroom Renovation for FAU." Owner and/or Construction Manager reserve the right to reject or accept any qualifications and to waive any information and technicalities in procedure.
