Prep, clean, containment, blast interior and exterior, paint/finish the interior and exterior surfaces of the tank (including concrete base), painting exposed piping, and miscellaneous repairs/tasks at the Whaley Street Tank (250,000 gallons) and St. Matthews Tank (250,000 gallons) as indicated or specified and as needed for a complete and proper installation.
