The project consists of the installation of two culvert crossings at two project locations and installation of a stormwater system at a third project location. Bids will be received for a single prime contract and shall be on a unit price basis. Bidders may examine the bidding documents at the Issuing Office during regular business hours and may obtain printed copies at no charge. Partial sets of bidding documents are not available. Neither the Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of bidding documents obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Scope of Services The City of Oak Hill has three project sites for stormwater improvements. Two project sites consist of culvert cross drains that require replacement, these are located near 870 Tyne Blvd, 950 Tyne Blvd. Additionally, there are stormwater improvements at the intersection of Stonewall Drive and Clendenin Road that generally consist of installation of stormwater piping or box culvert, swale grading, appurtenance installation. This bid is being offered to acquire services to replace the three project sites as outlined in the construction documents. Construction documents will be strictly enforced. The City reserves the right to approve the use of any sub-contractors prior to their beginning work on any of the sites included as part of this project. All questions must be submitted in writing to citymanager@oakhilltn.us by November 26, 2025. Questions will be addressed in the form of an addendum by December 1, 2025.
