This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the Municipality of the District of Chester (the "Municipality") to prospective bidders to submit bids for the provision of Winter Road Maintenance for the Mill Cove area. The objective is to retain one (1) contractor for a two (2) year period, with an optional one (1) year extension, to provide plowing and salting of the Municipal roads as further described in the RFQ Particulars (Section 40 Appendix D) the "Deliverables".
