This project is part of the Strategic Investment Area Pilot Program to implement multiple projects around Arrowood Road to provide safe and equitable mobility. The England St Sidewalk project will install a 6 ft sidewalk along England St between Sweden Rd and E. Hebron St. Contractor shall provide a turnkey project as indicated within the drawings and specifications included within the bid documents. Contractor is responsible for field verifying all existing conditions that may affect design and layout of this project prior to preparation of submittals. Contractor shall comply with all current local, state, and national codes and regulations. This includes, but not limited to complying with all ADA requirements. In the event of a conflict between Scope of Work and code regulations, Contractor shall notify the assigned City of Charlotte's Project Manager for direction. Contractor shall be properly licensed within the state of North Carolina to complete work identified within the bid documents. The England St Sidewalk project will install a 6 ft sidewalk along England St between Sweden Rd and E.
