Reference number: 20105375 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2025-11-28 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender: no Expected duration of the contract without options (in months): 6 Description The Trois-Rivières Municipal Housing Office, also known as the "project owner," is requesting bids for renovation work to be carried out on the buildings located at 2100 St-Olivier Street and 2105 St-Denis Street in the municipality of Trois-Rivières, under a lump sum contract. The work will take approximately twenty-five (25) weeks to complete. - 10% of the bid amount or - A certified cheque, money order, bank draft payable to the applicant for the work, an irrevocable letter of guarantee in favor of the applicant, or bearer bonds. The latter must be issued or guaranteed by the Government of Quebec or Canada and must not mature in more than five years. The value of these bonds must be equivalent to 5% of the bid amount and must be valid for 60 days from the deadline for submitting bids. The guarantee must be attached to the bid.
