Contractor shall provide equipment, materials, and labor to perform inspection, diagnostics, and corrective maintenance on two Alstom excitation systems: Unit U1 at the Keystone Dam hydroelectric power plant and Unit U2 at the Webbers Falls Dam hydroelectric power plant. The contractor is responsible for correcting known excitation system issues and reporting any additional problems identified during diagnostics, along with proposed corrective actions to the government.
