The services to be provided consist of the construction of a 0.24 mile, 10-12.5 wide concrete sidewalk along 17 th Street between Howell Mill Rd and Northside Dr. The project requires the contractor to install conduit, signage, striping and all other scopes of work necessary to complete the project per the provided drawings and specifications. This Invitation to Bid from qualified Bidders by Westside/Howell Mill CID is to procure the following Service: Construction of a 10-12.5 wide sidewalk along the north side of 17th Street between Howell Mill Rd and Northside Dr for the Upper Westside CID (Project). Deadline for clarifications and questions: All clarifications and questions must be emailed to: adeline@upperwestsideatl.org and elizabeth@upperwestsideatl.org prior to deadline. Friday, 12/5/2025 by 2 PM Bidder's Sealed Envelope shall be marked with the following information: 17th Street Sidewalk Project
