Description

Demolition, site work and addition to a detention facility in Statesboro, Georgia. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a detention facility; for the demolition of a detention facility; and for site work for a detention facility.

The Bulloch County Board of Commissioners (hereinafter referred to as the "County") is conducting a two (2) phase procurement for architectural design professional services ("Services") for its Bulloch County New Jail Addition Project ("Project"). In this Phase I, the County is soliciting statements of qualifications (SOQs) from firms interested in providing the Services. The County reserves the right to reject any or all Responses or Proposals, and to waive technicalities and informalities at its discretion. Questions must be received by December 1, 2025, by 2:00 PM EST. Responses will be issued December 3, 2025, by 5:00 PM EST.
