Reference number: 20105995 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2025-12-01 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender: no Electronic tender submission accepted: Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months): 10 Description The project consists of renovating sanitary blocks 422 and 522 of the Harricana student residence, including, but not limited to: - Dismantling plumbing fixtures, toilet partitions, ceilings and lighting. - Demolition of certain wall partitions, sections of plumbing, electrical and ventilation systems. - Reconstruction of wall vents and ceiling frames. - Installation of ceramic tiles and painting. - Installation of plumbing fixtures, suspended ceilings, toilet accessories and partitions, lighting fixtures, ventilation equipment, etc. The work must be completed between 1 February and 29 May 2026.
