The following bids are requested: BP #1 - General Trades BP #2 - Asphalt BP #3 - Masonry BP #4 - Structural Steel BP #5 - Roofing BP #6 - Storefront & Curtainwall BP #7 - Drywall & Ceilings BP #8 - Paint BP #9 - Tiling BP #10 - Wood Flooring BP #11 - Resilient Flooring BP #12 - Terrazzo BP #13 - Food Service Equipment BP #14 - Casework BP #15 - Elevator BP #16 - Fire Protection BP #17 - Plumbing & HVAC BP #18 - Electrical BP #19 - Bleachers Each bid must be accompanied by a 5% Bid Bond. The Project Schedule will be issued via addendum. The contract will include liquidated damages assessed at $1,000.00/day if the completion date is not met. Successful Bidders are required to furnish a 100% Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bond for this Project. Questions should be directed to the Construction Manager and the Architect.
